Q: How do voice recordings work?
A: You choose a prompt (or freestyle), tap Record, speak, then save. PTC transcribes your recording into text and stores both the audio and transcript in your Time Capsule.
Q: Can I pause while recording?
A: Yes. You can pause and continue, or stop and start a new recording. Either way, your stories are saved in your Time Capsule.
Q: Do I have to speak perfectly?
A: Not at all. Speak naturally. Small pauses and “ums” are fine — the goal is to capture your real voice and story.
Q: My recording didn’t save. What should I do?
A: First, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue repeats, tell me your device type and whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular, and I’ll walk you through the most common fixes.
