Q: The microphone isn’t working.
A: First, check your device permission settings for microphone access. Then close and reopen the app/browser and try again. If you tell me your device (iPhone/Android/computer) I’ll give exact steps.

Q: My video won’t upload.
A: This usually happens due to file size, connection, or permissions. Try Wi-Fi, then retry the upload. If it still fails, tell me the device type and approximate video length.

Q: I forgot my password.
A: Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check spam/junk, then tell me the email domain (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and I’ll help.
